Introduction
Please read carefully the following terms and conditions of use of our online store www.globalsewingsupplies.com before browsing. Any online order through our online store is bound by the terms of use and conditions listed in the following paragraphs.
Orders and Product Purchases
By visiting our online store, you can browse and choose from the different categories the products you want and order and purchase these products in the following two ways:
1. As a visitor
When you finish your order as a visitor, your details will not be permanently stored and you need to re-submit them whenever you wish to complete an order and purchase products from our online store. You will also not be able to access your order history from our online store.
2. As a member
When you complete your order as a member of our online store, your details are stored and you do not have to re-submit them for each new order. You can also view the history of all orders and purchases you have made in our online store as well as track the processing of each current order.
Order Cancellation or Modification
You can cancel or modify your order at any time before payment of the order is made. Once your order has been paid, the order cannot be cancelled or modified. Please note that your order will be automatically cancelled, if payment has not been made within 15 days from the date that the order was placed.
Ways of Payment
Payment of your order can be made in one of the following ways:
1. Online payment with your credit or debit card via the online payment platform available from the bank we are cooperating with.
2. Through the PayPal electronic payment gateway.
3. By bank transfer to one of our bank accounts
4. By cash on delivery. This option applies only to shipments within Greece. If you choose this form of payment, you pay on delivery the courier company who will deliver your order to the address you selected.
Return Policy
Every item we offer is backed by our unconditional long term commitment of providing our customers with high quality products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you received, simply return them to us within 14 days of the date receiving your order, and we will promptly issue to you a full refund for the products returned or if so prefer, credit your account in our e-shop with the same amount. Please note that the products returned should be in the condition you have received them and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for the return shipping expenses and, if located out of E.U., for any possible customs clearance expenses that may incur.
Special order items, not regularly stocked and which are made according to customers’ specifications and guidelines may not be returned, except if they are faulty and not in accordance with the agreed specifications and guidelines.
Time of shipment
All orders are dispatched within two working days from the date the payment of the order is confirmed, except in the cases where is explicitly stated in the product description that different time of shipment applies for the particular product and also when the shipment is particularly bulky or heavy and requires different way of shipment from those we usually use. In this case, the customer is informed about the way and time of shipment of his/her order before making the payment and completing the order.
We are not responsible for delays in orders processing due to reasons beyond our control such as strikes, natural disasters, and technical failures in our store's electronic systems or of our partners.
Shortage of Products
Our online store has to inform the customer of any shortages for the products he wishes to buy before completing his order, or if this is not possible due to technical reasons, within two working days after the completion of his order in which case the order may be canceled or modified.
