Shipping and Delivery Information
All orders are shipped from Kastoria, Greece. All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days, except if it is otherwise specified in the listing of the product ordered. Most orders that are placed until 12 p.m (noon) local time are processed and shipped the same day.
The shipping cost for each order varies according to the weight of the order and its destination. You can check the shipping cost of your order by proceeding to check out after you place your order and after you enter your address details.
Right after shipment the customer will receive a notification that will include the shipment number as well the link where the customer can track the order.
Shipping within Greece
Shipping within Greece is made with ACS courier and delivery time is 1 business day for all mainland Greece except Peloponessos and 2 business days for Peloponessos and all islands.
Shipping within E.U.
Shipping to E.U. countries, other than Greece, for all orders that have a weight less than 1kg is made by ELTA First Priority Registered Parcel Service regardless of the destination country. For orders that have a weight of more than 1 kg, shipments will be made by either ELTA First Priority Registered Parcel Service or by ACS courier, depending on the weight as well as the destination of the order.
Delivery time for shipments by ELTA - First Priority Registered Parcel Service is 4-7 working days, depending on destination.
Delivery time for shipments by ACS courier is 4-10 working days depending on destination.
Shipping to all other destinations.
Shipping to all other countries for orders that have a weight of less than 5 kg are made by ELTA First Priority Registered Parcel Service. All orders that have a weight of over 20kg are shipped by TNT regardless of destination. For orders that have a weight between 5kg and 20kg, shipment is made by either ELTA - First Priority Registered Parcel Service or by TNT depending on final destination.
Arrival time to the destination country is 2 to 3 days but final expected delivery time to the customer is 5 - 15 business days after shipment, depending not only on final destination within the country but also οn the processing time of the shipment by the Customs Authorities of the destination country, which is not always the same.
